Credit packs

1 credit = 1 SMS segment (160 characters). MMS uses 3. The rate never changes — bigger packs just include bonus credits.

How it compares

ToolMonthly basePer messageEmail + booking + video
OCCS$0 — prepaid$0.025Included
Postscript$100/mo (Growth)$0.012SMS-only
GoHighLevel$97–497/mowallet markup on TwilioSeparate

At low-to-mid volume OCCS undercuts by skipping the monthly base. At very high volume Postscript's lower per-message rate edges ahead — but you give up the bundled email, booking, and AI-video.

Questions

What counts as a segment?

Up to 160 GSM characters is one segment. Longer messages split into 153-character segments; emoji and special characters switch to a 70-character Unicode limit. The calculator above mirrors this exactly.

What do I need before I can send?

A phone number ($5/mo) and a one-time 10DLC / A2P brand registration ($50 — a US carrier requirement, 1–3 business days). Our registration is AI-assisted to maximize approval odds. You can build and save broadcasts and sequences before that's done — we'll nudge you through setup.

Is there a contract or monthly minimum?

No. SMS is prepaid — buy a credit pack, and optionally turn on auto-reload so a low balance tops itself up. Stop any time; unused credits stay on your balance.
