Meeting outcomes & the follow-up playbook

Mark a meeting qualified / not-a-fit / no-show / reschedule in one click and the matching follow-up fires automatically.

After every meeting, OCCS emails the host a "how did it go?" prompt with four one-click buttons. Each fires the right follow-up automatically.

The four outcomes - Showed — qualified → advances the contact in your pipeline, flags an opportunity (when there's an account), and starts your proposal cadence. - Showed — not a fit → a graceful nurture sequence keeps them warm without pressure. - No-show → a recovery sequence nudges them to grab a new time. - Reschedule → emails the guest their self-serve reschedule link (you never open a slot picker).

Deploy the follow-up playbook On a meeting type's edit page, click Deploy follow-up playbook — OCCS writes all four sequences in your brand voice as drafts, scoped to that meeting type. Preview them, then Activate all. A status strip shows which outcomes are automated.

Each meeting type can have its own playbook, so a demo and a discovery call can follow up differently.
