OCCS Schedule — how-to

Built-in scheduler. Public booking pages, branded reminders, no-show recovery — and every booking fires a sequence. Replaces Calendly.

Public /m/<slug> booking pages with availability windows, buffers, round-robin. Per-host reminder ladders for both guest and host. Self-serve reschedule and cancel. "Did this happen?" host follow-up at +30 min with one-click mark complete. Every booking event (confirmed/canceled/no_show/completed) fires a matching auto_trigger sequence — that's the moat the standalone tools can't reach.

What it does - Public /m/<slug> booking pages — share once, embed anywhere - Guest .ics attachments + bumped SEQUENCE on reschedule for calendar sync - Per-host reminder ladders — guest and host, configurable lead times - Self-serve reschedule + cancel — no support ticket needed - Host "did this happen?" follow-up at +30m — mark complete or no-show in one click - Booking_confirmed / canceled / no_show / completed → fire any auto_trigger sequence

How to use it 1. Add OCCS Schedule (a $19/mo add-on with a free trial). 2. Create a meeting type with availability, buffers, and reminders under Settings → Meeting types. 3. Share your public /m/<slug> booking page. 4. Every booking event can fire a follow-up sequence automatically.

Good to know - Available on: Every plan, including Free - Connected tools: Google Calendar (host availability sync), iCalendar / .ics (guest add-to-calendar), Postmark / SMTP (reminder ladders), Twilio (SMS reminders) - Find it in the app: open `/settings/meeting_types` - Booking, no-show, and completed events all trigger sequences — no Zapier hop. - A '+30 min' host follow-up asks 'did this happen?' with one-click mark-complete.
